The official website for Heart It Out, a mental wellness platform connecting therapists with individuals seeking support. I worked on developing responsive pages and UI components using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PHP, translating design requirements into production-ready interfaces and integrating them within the platform’s CMS environment.
